The five roles below are different sides of the same work. Together, they help me turn ideas into working projects.

01

Entrepreneur

In my own projects, I’m responsible for both the decisions and the financial outcome. That’s how I find out which ideas work in practice.

  • experience: I’ve started projects from scratch, from a custom PC business to Web3. I know what it’s like when the financial outcome depends on your own decisions.
  • my own investment: I invest my money and test ideas through my own projects.
  • client work: I look at each task as a business decision: what needs to be achieved, and is it worth the cost? That’s why I discuss the intended outcome, as well as the work involved.

Creator

My ideas and content grow out of my experience, interests and way of seeing things. I want the person behind the work to come through.

  • my perspective: I draw on what I’ve seen, studied and tried myself. I choose ideas that matter to me.
  • from idea to publication: I create the content myself and take responsibility for every detail. It’s a way to express my own thoughts.
  • ads and names: I’ve made advertising materials and named projects. I start with the idea that needs to come across.
03

Developer

I turn ideas into working code: prototypes, automation and web projects. I think in algorithms and choose the programming language to suit the task.

  • how it works: I first work out how the product should behave and how its parts connect. Then I choose the languages and tools.
  • development experience: I’ve worked on C# games, Telegram bots, web apps and tools for specific tasks.
  • AI in development: I use AI models to test ideas and build projects faster.

Strategist

I start by understanding who a project is for and what problem it solves. Then I decide what to do and which tools to use.

  • idea and content: at Chebaturkin Studio, I help clients explain what they offer and who it’s for. I turn their thoughts into a structure and copy that make sense to the people visiting their website.
  • from content to design: I first define what visitors need to understand and do. That becomes the basis for the website or interface.
  • automation: I hand repetitive tasks over to scripts and AI tools. That leaves more time for decisions that need my attention.
05

Designer

I use design to bring out the main idea and make content easier to understand. I draw on my taste and visual experience, choosing simple solutions that are easy to use.

  • formats: I’ve designed websites, interfaces, advertising materials, cards and banners.
  • visual approach: I prefer clear compositions and remove details that distract from the main idea.
  • my approach: I choose solutions to fit the content and the task. This website is an example of how I work.
